HAVELSAN BULUT
VTOL
The HAVELSAN BULUT is a fixed-wing autonomous VTOL unmanned aerial vehicle developed by HAVELSAN. Combining a gasoline-powered forward propulsion system with electrically driven vertical take-off and landing capability, it is designed to operate without the need for a runway in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions across diverse environments.
With a maximum take-off weight of 58 kg, a payload capacity of 5 kg, an endurance of up to 6 hours, and a service ceiling of 15,000 ft, BULUT features an integrated EO/IR/LRF payload, GNSS anti-jamming capability, target detection and tracking, moving object detection, sense-and-avoid, collision avoidance, and autonomous return-to-home functions. The platform is intended for both military and civilian applications, including border security, search and rescue, wildfire management, infrastructure inspection, mapping, and post-disaster assessment.
