At Plarok ("we", "our site"), we greatly value your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected when you use the https://plarok.com website.

Our site does not collect personal data. Only the following anonymous data is processed:

  • Anonymous Session ID: A random UUID stored in localStorage (does not contain an IP address)
  • Usage Data: Filter usage, viewed UAV details, comparison actions
  • User Comments: Nickname and comment text entered optionally
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device type, country (via Cloudflare Analytics)

3. IP Address Policy

Your IP address is never stored in our database. It is processed temporarily for rate limiting (spam protection) but is not stored permanently.

4. Cookies

Our site does not use cookies. Only localStorage is used to store theme preference, language selection, and the anonymous session ID.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare: CDN and security services (EU/US based)
  • Railway: Backend server hosting (US based)
  • Google AdSense: (May be added in the future) Advertising service

These services are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention Period

  • Analytics data: 12 months
  • User comments: Until the user requests deletion
  • Session ID: Until browser data is cleared

7. Your KVKK and GDPR Rights

Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your data is being processed
  • To request access to processed data
  • To request deletion of data (right to be forgotten)
  • Right to rectification and objection

8. Children's Privacy

Our site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on our site.
