Bayraktar Kızılelma

UCAV / Stealth

Developed by Baykar, the Bayraktar Kızılelma is a Turkish UCAV / Stealth-class unmanned aircraft. Its first flight in 2023 marked a key milestone in the platform’s development. According to open-source data, it has a maximum speed of 595 knots, a service ceiling of 45,000 ft, and an endurance of approximately 3 hours. These figures may vary depending on the variant, mission payload, and operating conditions and are provided for comparison purposes.

Key systems include Autonomous Flight (Fully Autonomous Flight) and BLoS Communications. Its sensor suite includes components such as an EO/IR gimbal and IRST (Infrared Search and Track) to support its mission roles.

During weapons integration tests conducted in 2026, Kızılelma struck a target using the JET-230 supersonic air-to-surface munition. The platform also released TEBER-82 and TOLUN munitions from its internal weapons bay and successfully struck designated targets. These tests represent an important step in the development of Kızılelma’s internal weapons carriage and ability to employ different types of munitions.
